At Zapro Watch Straps, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

1. Return Eligibility

A return may be accepted in the following situations:

  • You received a defective product.

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received a product different from the one you ordered.

  • The product has a manufacturing or quality issue.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition, with its original packaging and accessories where applicable.

Products that have been worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or show signs of use may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Request Period

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you believe there is a problem with your order.

Return requests received after this period may not be accepted.

Please do not send a product back before receiving return instructions from us.

4. Incorrect or Defective Products

If we send you an incorrect or defective product, we will review the issue and, where applicable, provide a suitable resolution such as:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Exchange for an available product

  • Refund

The resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability.

5. Change of Mind

Returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or simply not liking the product may not be eligible for a return.

We strongly recommend checking your watch's required strap width before placing your order.

If you are unsure about the correct size, please contact us before purchasing.

6. Return Shipping

For products confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by Zapro, we will provide appropriate instructions regarding return shipping.

For eligible returns arising from reasons other than a product defect or our error, the customer may be responsible for the applicable return shipping costs.

7. Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment/refund method.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, payment provider, or other financial institution.

8. Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be shipped subject to availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative resolution, such as a refund.

9. Non-Returnable Situations

A return may not be accepted if the product:

  • Has been used or worn.

  • Has been intentionally damaged.

  • Has been modified or altered.

  • Is returned without the original packaging where applicable.

  • Shows signs of misuse or improper care.

  • Is returned after the applicable return period.

  • Was purchased from a third-party seller rather than directly from Zapro Watch Straps.

10. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the order will be subject to our applicable return policy.

11. Product Care

Leather and other natural materials may develop changes in appearance with use. Variations in texture, grain, colour, and finish can occur and may be a natural characteristic of the material rather than a manufacturing defect.

Following the recommended product-care instructions can help maintain the appearance and longevity of your strap.
