We currently ship orders across India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping or tracking information where available.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within India is generally:

3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control.

Remote and rural locations may require additional delivery time.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer:

FREE SHIPPING on orders above ₹1,199

For orders below ₹1,199, applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location and order.

5. Delivery Partners

Depending on your location and service availability, orders may be shipped through trusted delivery partners, including:

  • India Post

  • DTDC

  • Professional Couriers

  • Other reliable logistics partners when required

The shipping partner may be selected based on availability, destination, and delivery requirements.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you through the contact information provided during checkout.

You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

7. Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN code and contact number.

Zapro Watch Straps is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or repeated delivery failure, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged when delivered, we recommend documenting the condition of the package before opening it.

If the product inside is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the package

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • A description of the issue

This will help us investigate the matter with the delivery partner and provide an appropriate resolution.

10. Delivery Confirmation

An order is considered delivered once the courier partner confirms delivery to the address provided during checkout.

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly so we can investigate with the courier partner.

11. No Cash on Delivery

Zapro Watch Straps currently does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

All orders must be paid online through the available payment methods at checkout.
